Grammar Choices, 2nd Edition

Hi blog followers and casual tourists: I’m working on the second edition of Grammar Choices for Graduate and Professional Writers. What would you like to see added or changed?

I’ve added new exercises, freshened up some of the old ones, and fixed some gaps in the explanations. There are new texts from textbooks and journals in sociology, education, environmental studies, psychology, natural science, and business. Unit 7 has been updated to fit the new COCA interface and provided more help with common errors made by writers in English as an additional language. I’m still planning to rewrite parts of Unit 6 (Hedging, Boosting, and Stance) and add sections on noun modification, prepositions, and possessives.
